We ship throughout the entire Philippines without exception. Our commitment is to deliver your AegisHome order to your doorstep, whether you are in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Baguio, or remote communities across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. We understand the importance of an effective pest control product, especially during critical periods, and we partner with leading courier companies (J&T Express, LBC Express, Ninja Van) for safe and careful delivery. Our distribution network is continuously monitored so that your shopping experience is seamless from click to receipt.
2. Delivery and Processing Times
When you are facing problems with mosquitoes, pests, or household nuisances, time matters. The estimated standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from full payment confirmation. All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation in our system. For remote or hard-to-reach areas (according to official courier mapping), delivery may take 5–10 business days. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends). During peak demand periods (Black Friday, holiday seasons, etc.), processing and transit times may be affected, which will be stated transparently at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs and Free Delivery
We want the best protection without hidden charges. We offer free standard shipping nationwide across the Philippines when purchasing 2 units or more (e.g., AegisHome Duo pack, Family pack, or larger). The offer is applied automatically in the cart without additional codes. For a purchase of 1 unit (AegisHome Single), standard shipping cost is calculated automatically and transparently at checkout, depending on the destination postal code and current courier rates. Charges are dynamic and based on volume/weight and distance from our distribution center in Metro Manila.
4. Tracking and Shipment Traceability
Keeping you informed is a priority. Once your order is packed, processed, and handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will include a unique tracking number, the carrier name, and a link for real-time tracking. We recommend monitoring updates. Status refresh on the courier portal may be delayed up to 24 business hours after our email, depending on barcode scanning at distribution centers.
5. Incidents, Delivery Attempts, and Failed Delivery
The courier will attempt delivery to the address you provided. If delivery fails due to absence or no response at the door, additional attempts will be made according to the carrier's policy (usually 2–3 on consecutive days). If all attempts are exhausted, the package will be held at the nearest courier branch for up to 5 days so you can collect it with valid ID. If not collected, it is automatically returned to our warehouse. In that case, for reshipment the customer fully covers the new shipping cost, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
6. Responsibility for Incorrect Delivery Details
It is the customer's sole and full responsibility to provide complete, accurate, and correct shipping address details when placing an order. This includes street, house/unit number, barangay, city/municipality, province, postal code, and useful notes (door color, landmarks, etc.). A valid contact phone number is also mandatory. We are not liable for delays, losses, permanent disappearance, or return of packages due to incorrect or incomplete details. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]; we cannot guarantee correction if the package has already been labeled and collected by logistics.
